The roof has cracking through out the roof and has a hole on the rear addition, has new ductwork to the back room for heating and cooling, lacking smoke detectors in the northeast, northwest bedroom and the hallway, has broken windows in the middle bedroom and the hall bathroom and has signs of rats due to found droppings. Did call the owner and left a message and not able to leave a message for the property manager. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
