10/04/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Has an explosion on the bottom unit #134 and the tenant felt up lift on the floor with the beds and couches bouncing. The tenant did allow for an inspection to be done to check the unit for issues from the explosion. Did find some popped nails in the drywall in some spots. Did not find any cracks on the edges of the drywall or any pictures falling off the wall. Did check all the smoke detectors and all were working. The tenant will be able to remain in the unit at this time. Will check with the building official to check of other inspection will be required on Monday. RV.
11/16/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The permit for unit #134 has been finaled on 11-10-16. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
