DID SEE A STRUCTURE IN THE S/W CORNER OF THE LOT, THERE WAS A CAR IN THE BUILDING WITH THE HOOD UP AND FOUND A 2ND SMALL PICK UP PARKED CLOSER TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE LOT. RESEARCH FOUND LOT IS ZONED C-2, BUILDING IN PLACE SINCE 1998. THERE HAVE BEEN TWO ELECTIRCAL RECONNECTS, ONE IN 2000 AND ONE IN MARCH OF 2016 FOR THE BAYS IN THE STRUCTURE. MARTIN MENDOZA HAD BEEN OUT TO THE PROPERTY IN MARCH 2016 FOR BASICALLY THE SAME ISSUES, REVIEWED HIS CASE WITH RICK S AND ENDED UP COSING THE CASE. I WILL CONTINUE TO TRY AND GET ONTO THE PROPERTY, BUSINESS OWNER LIVES AROUND THE CORNER ON BALBOA AV.
12/02/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved AFTER COMPLAINTANT SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE, RICK ASKED I CONDUCT A EVENING INSPECTION TO DETERMINE IF PEOPLE WERE WORKING THERE AT NIGHT. I VISITED THE SITE APPROX 7:00 PM FOUND NO ONE ON THE PROPERTY WORKING. DID FIND 3 OLDER TRAILERS PARKED ON THE LOT FOUND 5 VEHICLES, 3 PARKED ON THE EAST FENCE LINE AND TWO PARKED NEAR THE SHED ON THE S/W CORNER. PROPERTY DID APPEAR TO STAY CLEANED AND MAINTAINED. ALSO FOUND BIKE PARTS THAT LINED THE SOUTH FENCE AREA.
