MORGAN STATED OCCUPANTS HAD INFORMED THEM OF THE SHOWER AND TOILET AND WILL SEND THE INVOICE SHOWING THOSE ITEMS COMPLETED BUT THEY WERE NOT INFORMED OF LEAKY PIPES AND I COULD NOT EXACTLY TELL THEM WHERE THE PIPES WERE LEAKING, MORGAN STATED HE WOULD SEND A MAINTANENCE PERSON OVER FOR THE PIPES. THIS IS THE 2ND SUCH ISSUE WITH THE SAME OCCUPANTS. |
| 12/14/2016 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GOODMAN | Approved | FOLLOWED UP WITH MANAGER MORGAN WHO STATED FIRST OCCUPANTS HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO STAY, MAINTANENCE WENT INSIDE THE UNIT FIXED WHAT OCCUPANTS SAID WAS A LEAKY SINK IN THE KITCHEN (LEAK WAS IN THE TRAP AND A NEW TRAP INSTALLED. THE TOILET HAS BEEN ADDRESSED SEVERAL TIMES AND MAINTANENCE WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE CARE OF ANY TOILET CALLS, BUT WHAT WAS FOUND WAS TREE ROOTS IN THE SEWER LINE AFFECTING 7 UNITS. MANAGEMENT WILL ADDRESS ALL SEWER ISSUES AND ARE HOPING AT THE END OF JANUARY WILL BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE SEWER LINES, BUT FOR NOW THE ISSUE MAY BE ONGOING. CONTACTED MRS RODRIQUEZ WHO STATED THEY HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT THIS TIME, BUT THE PROBLEM IS ONGOING. I ASKED SHE CONTACT MANAGEMENT WITH ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL THEY ARE ABLE TO REPLACE THE SEWER LINE AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER WHY THE BACK UPS IN THE BATHROOM TOILET AND SHOWER. NO VIOLATIONS / CLOSE CASE. |
