THAT IS LEFT ON SIDE OF DUMPSTERS AND HAVE BEEN TAKING TO THE DUMP. THIS COSTS THEM EXTRA BUT ITS THEIR ONLY WAY TO MAINTAIN AND KEEP UP WITH THE ISSUE. NO VERIFY AT THIS TIME. CLOSE CASE.
