Description:

There is a homeless fella living on a vacant lot on the SW corner of 1641 W. San Marcos Blvd. Directly behind the eastern wall of 1595 S. San Jose Drive. He's got quite a lot of junk accumulating there and it is spilling out onto the city utility easement. Between the junk and the make shift bathroom it is quite a fire/sanitation hazard.
