11/23/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Mike the administrator came to me give the case to go and check due T.P.D. on site. Arrived and the units have cleared and met with the SGT. Corrales. 4-people pulled from the interior of the unit and were arrested. They did not belong in the mobile home. The mobile has no gas, electrical and water. All have been tampered with and the water meter has been removed, the electrical has been cut at the pole and the gas meter has been pinned at the meter. Both owners have died and the son and the daughter have been taken to jail. Both son and daughter are out of state. The neighbors stated that they have a sister or sister in law but no contact made or able to call her. Due to not able to make contact with someone responsible for the mobile home, called Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured. While on site did have a lot of people tryig to get onto the property. Securing all the doors and windows. Called Mike and Martin Romero for permission to have the property secured. The interior has been gone through on what is in the house. Does have some mattresses and those have signs of being used. The exterior has a large amout of trash and debris, junk motor vehicle and car parts with tall grass and weeds. May have to do the posting and publication to have the property cleaned up. The neighbors are stating that a lot of people have been coming and going into the property. They have vehicles show up and meet people then leave. This case will be given back to the inspector who has been working the case. T.P.D. case number 1611230181, 1611230207. RV.
