10/13/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with Scott the maintenance man and walk the walk ways for the stops to the upper floors. Did find some areas that were weathered but all the bolts were secured. Found no steps that were loose or seperated from the building. Unit #101 is being used as shop and that area has no issues at this time. The playground area has all been re-done with-in the month and has a new slide. At this time has no issues with the playground. The maintenance will get with the management on looking at the weathered areas on the beams that are supporting the stairwells through out. Will check in 30 days. RV.
