No electricity on north side of business where a electrical panel upgrade was already started and relocated from the orginal location, leaving the north side of building without electricity. Drop down ceiling opened in areas and could see junction boxes with new wiring in this area. Research showed no permits for any electrical work, called and spoke to supervision. Stop work order to be issued and notice of cease all work until permits have been secured for the work being done. Order posted on front and side of bulding. Tenant states a permit will be secured today, will follow up in 10 days
