09/26/2016 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | GOODMAN | Approved | VISITED SITE IN A HISTORICAL DISTRICT. FRONT OF THE PROEPRTY IS VERY CLEAN ALONG WITH THE ABUTTING SIDEWALKS ON BOTH STREETS, ALLEY VERY CLEAN AS WELL PERIMETER YARD WALL IS A MINIMUM 7 FT TALL AND HIDES THE REAR YARD AREA FROM PUBLIC VIEW. I COULD ONLY VIEW THE YARD FROM A FILLED N GATE AREA AND COULD ONLY SEE BETWEEN SLATS. I DID FIND TALL GRASS AND WEEDS THRU OUT THE REAR YARD AND ALSO FOUND A BLOCK WALL THAT SEPERATED THE LARGE REAR YARD. I ALSO FOUND A DILAPIDATED ROOF STRUCTURE ON ONE OF THREE STRUCTURES THAT LOOKED ORIGINAL AND UNSURE IF WE HAD JURISDICTION ON THE DILAPIDATED ROOF. REVIEWED CASE WITH RICK SALDATE, HE STATED HE WOULD LIKE TO GO OVER THE SITUATION OF THE DLAPIDATED STRUCTURE IN THE REAR YARD WITH SUPERVISION. I ASKED IF I SHOULD ISSUE A NOV FOR THE TALL GRASS AND WEEDS, HE AGREED FOR THE TIME BEING TO ISSUE THAT PORTION. |
