09/21/2016 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(a) ACCUMULATION OF VEGETATION PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of the accumulation or untended growth of vegetation. The accumulation or untended growth of vegetation means the presence of plants on property that create a fire, safety or health hazard, or that attract vermin either on the property, on neighboring properties, or on both, and includes but is not limited to: (1) Any lawn grass that exceeds 6 inches in height; (2) All weeds that exceed 6 inches in height; (3) Dead trees and dead shrubs; (4) Dead palm fronds within ten feet of the ground, a structure, a fence or wall, or of any combustible other than the tree from which the fronds have grown; (5) Any tree, shrub, or other form of vegetation of any kind on the property or on the adjoining right-of-way, street, or alley that extends over or under the sidewalk space or roadway in a manner that may interfere with the reasonable use of the street, sidewalk, or alley for pedestrian or vehicular traffic of any kind or that may obstruct the view or light distribution of traffic-control devices or luminaries. Vegetation must be trimmed and maintained to provide an unobstructed pedestrian path a minimum 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height from grade.
09/21/2016 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

09/20/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The property has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris through out the property. Did find some one in the mobile home and has no water or gas with the electrical on. The cooler is missing on the exterior by being removed from the property. Did talk to the person in the mobile home and is the owner and has been evicted. Did ask her if the bank has asked her to leave and she stated yes and would be out by Friday. Did advise due to lacking water did need to check the interior on the condition of the toilets and sinks. She let me in and the toilets are full of feceses and urine. Most of the furniture has been removed from the property and has clothing all scattered through out the interior of the mobile home. Did call supervisor Rick Saldate and gave permission for the person to stay for 24 hours and remove any items out that she is going to take. Did have her sign the Notice of Violation to Vacate and went over that I will be back around 10:00 AM to have the property secured. She stated that she has most of her items that she will be moving out and should be gone by tonight. Did try and call several numbers for the bank and kept getting no respose. Did find a number under a different name and they were going to check if the bank has the mobile home under their bank and would call back tomorrow. The bank name is Flagstar Bank FSB. Will check tomorrow. RV.
11/15/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property has been cleaned. The mobile home is vacant and secured. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
