Description:

The backyard is littered with trash, weeds, dog feces and the home is covered in termite trails. There use to be a medium sized dog that lived in the backyard but hasn't seen seen in months. There are small dogs that can be heard barking from the inside. One night they had the blinds in the front open to where you could see trash piled as high as the kitchen cabinets. The neighbors say they have contacted the HOA to no avail. I am worried for the people and pets in the home as well as the neighbors. With all the rain that has fallen this monsoon season they do have a non-working pool that is a haven for mosquitoes.
