Did not see signs of modifications from orignial on landings or changing of anchor bolts on walls. Made contact with management, states no changes were ever done to railings from orginal, half the units were built in 1968 and the rest of the buildings were built 1969. Looking at UBC from 1991 gives height perimeters of between 34 thru 38 inches in height. Will move to close out this case.
