08/18/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received a call supervisor Rick Saldate that T.P.D. on site with flooding from water coming from the roof and water running down the electrical systems. Arrived and not able to find where the water has been running down the ceiling or walls. Did find some of the tenants and did have water coming from the ceilings in June and the work has been done. It has rained since the last issue and the roof did not leak. The repairs are not completed and has been working on the units that were damaged. Did check several units and were all having the same issues when the roof leaked but not now. The owner did show to the site and was able to show where the repairs are going to be required. Did find a unit where the door was falling from the frame of the door and had to be lefted in order to open and close the door. The owner did get the maintenance on site and the door was repaired for the night and will be replaced in the morning. The tenant was just released from the hospital and the door was only repaired to let the tenant rest. Do have another inspector on site Angel and he has been working with the owner on different issues on other units. All important issues have been addressed at this time. Will check the roof tomorrow at 10:00 AM per Mike the administator. RV.
08/19/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Took inspector Goodman to the site to check the roof. Inspector Goodman did have a case on the roof when it leak during a storm. Did check the roofs and all has been repaired. Did take pictures of both roof and were repaired the same on both roofs. One roof was repaired the entire roof and the other was repaired about 30 percent. Did check with the tenants and they all stated that since the last rain there was no leaks. At this time the case will be closed due to have another inspector on site with the same issues and will be addressed with the other inspector. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
