She then showed me to the kitchen area and again over the window against the south wall same situation, with hole in texture and stated water pours out when it rains. Tenant states maint. man came by today and tried to seal the exterior fo the same wall in the apt abover hers. Made contact with mananger today and they said they do seal from the outside they its over windows and that will take care of the problem but she will have her people check the interior and make sure no leaking is happening and will fix texture and paint in both areas of kitchen and livingroom. Will follow up in 10 days |
