Has a broken outlet in the living room, the roof leaks and was raining while on site, the roof leaks when the cooler is running through the vents, the windows are not able to lock due to the latching devices are lacking or have to push the windows around to lock, the light fixtures are missing covers, globes, or are not working with some the florescent tubes dimmed, has rats, the dead front is lacking, the floor has soft spots in the kitchen by the vent by the stove, the exterior doors are not sealed and see daylight when closed, lacking smoke detectors, broken windows, the porch deck has low spots where sagging, a 4 x 4 post is loose that is tied to the metal awning and has other issues. The tenant is moving out on Tuesday and has court on Thrusday. Tenant will pick up the N.O.V. on Wednesday. Will do N.O.V. RV.
10/25/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The mobile home is vacant and secured. Still has a broken window on the front on the south side and will be repaired on Thrusday. The dead front will be replaced on the main electrical panel on the exterior and the porch will be supported and the steps repaired. The interior has all been repaired and appears to be rent ready. Will meet on site with the property manager on Tuesday and he will call when on site. RV.
