THERE WERE 5 ISSUES: >S LIGHT ON THE REAR PORCH >A STRIKER PLATE MISSING ON FRONT DOOR >SINK NOT DRAINING PROPERLY >HOLES IN THE COOLER, BUT WORKING PROPERLY >INTERIOR SUB PANEL MISSING DEAD FRONT. GAVE THE OWNER/ MAINTANENCE PERSON 7 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS AS LONG AS OCCUPANT ALLOWED ENTRY.
