Arrived and T.E.P. was on site due to the house had power and the meter had been removed. The wires were cut at the pole due to tampered with the meter base and had jumpers placed on the meter base where the meter had been removed. The water was on and found no tag or paper work to have the water off. Did go inside and the person who stated that she was the owner, did let her know that the property is being condemned due to lacking electrical and was tampered. Did take pictures of the interior of the property and has no furniture and has areas where different people are staying in the house. While checking the ownership, did find where the bank was listed as the owner of the property. Did question the owner of the property on site and she thought she had more time on the property with the bank. Due to the property owned by the bank and due to the issues of the property, all the doors and windows openings were boarded up except the front door which the person stating that she was the owner. The front door will be locked with the key and she will call when she wants to get back into the house to remove the items left inside. The house was posted on the front door of "Do Not Enter" and pictures were taken. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
