07/25/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT PUMPHREY Approved Structure fire to attached east addition; fire/water damage to primarily kitchen area, ceiling, roof, electrical, structural, flooring, etc. Unit is able to be secured from public access via fence and front breezeway; addition electrical is serviced via a 100 amp breaker from main to subpanel; TEP shut main breaker and the addition breaker off and did not disconnect at pole. Owner at location has contacted licensed electrician to pull breaker, check subpanel, and reenergize main panel. Due to this, only the addition is condemed. NOV, indemification, and Notice to Vacate were issued and signed by owner.
