The extension cords was removed by maintenance and tossed on the ground and thrown in the trash. The extension cord had multiple splices for added lenght. The maintenance did make the needed repairs to get the cooling system back on to the unit. Did take pictures of the unit before the repairs were completed. The cooler switch was pulled out of the box to check for fire due to smoke coming out of the box. Did check with the tenant and all issues have been resolved. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
