Gas and water were not an issue. TPD showed me the hazards they found. Owner was notified and responded to the scene. My findings are as follow: > Numerous interior walls were opened up with jagged edges from plaster and drywall. > Interior ceilings drywall and insulation damaged. The areas of damage include various locations throughout the structure. > Various walls have been removed. > There are open electrical boxes throughout including a panel in the rear unit. > The circuits are not properly marked and the cover is home made. > There are multiple terminations of conductors in the panels. > There are devices not installed into the wall boxes. > There is no record of a permit for the new a/c unit on the roof. > Pictures were taken. See Sire > NOV for damage was issued for damage. > NOV for damage was issued for emergency abatement and to vacate. > Indemnification form was signed by owner. > Property was posted. > Permits are required. |
