Damages were to the back bedroom of the property damage's were to the ceiling, some electrical, walls, and smoke damage through half the house. looks like an additional bedroom was an enclosure of the porch of main house. found double lugging at the main panel and no labels , I will be shutting down property till electrical is properly repaired and main panel is labeled properly . No need to secure property will be posting unfit to occupy and hand del. Notice to owner, notes and paperwork will be in Sire. |
