PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH REAGONAL MANAGER TONY WHO GAVE THE SAME INFORMATION AND INFORMED ME THAT AT ONE TIME THEY HAD A BERM BUILT UP BUT WERE TOLD TO REMOVE THE BERM BECAUSE OF FLOODING. TONY STATED THAT THEY ARE NOW PLANNING TO PLACE A CURB AT THE BACK OF THE PAVEMENT HOPING TO DETER DRIVERS FROM GOING BACK ON THE DIRT, TONY DID NOT HAVE A START DATE FOR THE PROJECT. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
