08/02/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Caller: Insects and pest, since the day they moved in there has been an awful roach problem Arrived on site met with tenant who showed me into the unit to find dead roaches on kitchen countertop and under sink. States they sprayed awhile ago and they did notice a difference and now they are back. Instructed tenants to go to mananger and get on the list for a spray and they would. Met with mananger states exterminator is here on a weekly basis on a Thursday, will put them down for this Thursday, will follow up with both parites next week
10/04/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Met with manager,states the sprayed on apt a couple of times then the tenants skiped out and broke the lease. Unit is vacant now, will close out this case
