Arrived on site and met with Office did not have any active work orders for this unit L102. Met with tenant showed me int 1st bedroom and saw large cut out in ceiling in the closet where water came into the unit was handled by maintance about 3 weeks ago new sheetrock but needed tape and texture. Showed me into a master bedroom to find a new sheetrock patch along outerwall about 3x4 states was patched about 3 weeks ago, no bugs or insects but was afaid they might start coming in due to the state of the wall. Sheetrock lacks tape texture and paint. Went back to office and had Roger put in a work order for unit to re visted and to move forward on completing issues. Will move to NOV aswell |
