07/12/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Car thru building - Arrived on site met with TPD, they were to call a tow truck to have the car pulled back. Met with owner of business and his insurance rep who was alread on site and had called the window company. Once car was pulled away, damage was seen to 16 inch by 16 foot stem wall (with no reinforcement) in front where the rails to glass sat. Damaged was 2-10ft sections of glass and 3x7 glass door all in front of business. No electrical in front wall just damage to stem wall, door and glass panels
09/27/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Follow up to find stem wall rails windows and door was all replaced, was done under permit # T16CM05864. Will move to close out this case.
