07/01/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MMENDOZA Approved Met with management and maintenance , 50% of apartment complex flooded by heavy rains in the AM, approximately 40 plus units with 2 to 3 inches of water inside , TFD killed power to all units , management had 2 seperate restoration contractors extracting water from units, Along with head of maintenance I inspected each units that where affected by the fload to make sure the wasno potential for electrical shock by unplugging all elctrical cords and power strips before energizing electrical panels, Discussed with inspector supervisor RSALDATE, no NOV issued due to management immediate attention to any potential hazzrds and violations, will conduct one follow up inspection.
