I CONTACTED TODAY MANAGER LAURA HIGGINS AND ASKED HER IF SHE ALLOWED DEVON TO MOVE OUT, LAURA STATED SHE HAD, LAURA STATED HE HAS MOVED ALL HIS BELONGINGS FROM THE UNIT. >I HAVE NOT BEEN INSIDE THE UNIT AND NEVER HAVE. I TOLD LAURA I NO LONGER HAVE JURISDICTION, BUT DID TELL HER OF MY CONCERNS ABOUT A POSSIBLE LEAK IN THE SYSTEM DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF FREON ADDED TO THE SYSTEM. LAURA STATED THEY DO HAVE A OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR THAT DOES CHECK UNITS FOR MAJOR PROBLEMS AND WILL PROBABLY HAVE THAT LOOKED AT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE
