School has a wood fence and just behind it is private properties chain link fence with barbed wire running along top of that. Both fences on either side of the properties look to have been established a while back. Did already speak to Roslyn Wells zoning administrator and the residential property owner can have such a fence. Was hoping to talk to the property owner however gates are locked will have to research for phone number to contact them
