REAR OF THE WEATHER HEAD THERE WAS 3 SMALLER POT TRANSFORMERS WHICH WERE REMOVED AND SET OUTSIDE OF THE FENCED IN AREA. I COULD SEE THE CONCRETE IMPRESSIONS WHERE THE POT TRANSFORMERS USE TO BE. IN THIS AREA OFF THE SIDE THERE HAS BEEN A ((USED)) SQUARE D TYPE INSULATED DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER SERIAL #984417-A1 CLASS AA 3 PHASE 60 HERTZ HV VOLTS 4160 DELTA /// LV VOLTS 208 / 120 INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS.. THE BUILDING HAS SEVERAL ELECTRICAL PANELS AND DISCONNECT WITH OPEN OR MISSING COVERS / DEAD FRONTS OR PARTIALLY REMOVED COVERS.. THE UNPERMITTED DRY TRANSFORMER HAS SEVERAL DRILLED HOLES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE UNIT. THE EASTSIDE OF THE UNIT HAS A ESTIMATE 3 INCH CUT OUT WITH A STEEL PIPE INTENDED TO BE USED AS CONDUIT PIPED TO THE ADJACENT STEEL WALL WHERE THERE IS A GUTTER BOX. INSIDE THE WAREHOUSE THERE IS A 4000 LBS FORK LIFT AND A MQ POWER DIESEL POWERED GENERATOR MODEL MQP240 MODEL DF 3300C 3 PHASE RATED VOLTAGE 240/ 480V SEVERAL BAILS OF HAY. OUTSIDE REAR OF THE BUILDING THERE A LARGE STEEL FRAME HYDRAULIC HAY PRESS SYSTEM, POWER BY THREE LARGE MOTORS THESE MOTOR HAVE A 480V PANEL POWERING EACH MOTOR. THE 3 PANELS CONNECT INTO A GUTTER BOX WITH LARGE CABLES ON THE GROUND. THE AREA HAS TIRE TRACKS FROM THE PORTABLE GENERATOR WHICH I BELIEVE WAS POWERING THE SYSTEM. INSIDE OF THE GUTTER BOX THERE IS AN UNDER RISER WITH NEW CONDUCTORS HANGING OUTSIDE OF THE GUTTER BOX. CITY OF TUCSON ACTIONS AS FOLLOWS: THE BUILDING WAS CONDEMNED AND THE POWER WAS ORDERED SHUT OFF, TEP DID DISCONNECT THE TRANSFORMERS. VIOLATIONS THERE HAS BEEN A NEW HYDRAULIC HAY BAILS PRESS SYSTEM AND NEW ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLED OUTSIDE REAR OF THE BUILDING WITHOUT ZONING APPROVALS AND PERMITS. THE BUILDINGS ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IS IN AN UNSAFE MODE. MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE INTERIOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. INSTALLATION OF A USED TRANSFORMER WAS DONE. ALL THE ABOVE WORK WAS DONE WITHOUT APPROVED ENGINEERED PLANS AND PERMITS FROM THE CITY OF TUCSON. THE BUILDING HAS BEEN OCCUPIED WITHOUT A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY OR ZONING APPROVALS. THE REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS REQUIRED. ZONING APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR THE CURRENT USE STORAGE OF HAY BAILS IN THE BUILDING ALSO A NEW HAY BAIL PRESS STRUCTURE HAS BEEN INSTALLED AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER IS REQUIRED
