TENANT SHOWED AN AREA WHERE THE PAINT BUBBLED UP. FELT THAT AREA WHICH WAS ALSO DRY. LET PLUMBING SYSTEM RUN FOR AHWILE AND WAITED FOR ANY LEAKS TO OCCUR. NO LEAKS. ADVISED MANAGEMENT TO REPAIR 2 INCH HOLE IN THE CEILING. NO PERMITS FOR THIS REPAIR REQUIRED. CLOSE CASE. MGMT STATED OCCUPANT WAS RECENTLY ISSUED EVICTION PAPERS.
