Maint turned it on and it was operational. I arrived at approx 1:30 with outside temp of 105 today, met with both tenants. Found cold air coming out of the vents in both bedrooms, kitchen and living room areas of the home on top of that occupants had two fans blowing 1 in the kitchen and 1 in living room. Also made sure smoke detectors were working and tenants said yes they had just tested them. Explainted to tenants the system is operational at this time with cold air out of vents, instructed them to lower the temp at night and would check system again tomorrow. Advised manangement and my supv of my findings and action plan |
