The occupant of the house was present. This was at the unit address 4302 E Flower St. My findings are as follow: "A Silver Grand Cherokee License #BVK9066 had drove thru 33 lineal feet of fence and ran into the structure. The vehicle was backed out for removal. There was minor damage to the vehicle. Vehicle left on its own power, tow truck not required >A portion of the fence was pinned between the vehicle and the structure. The other portions of the fence were also knocked down. Approximately 33 linear feet was damaged. >The front porch/stoop column to the right had been removed from its base and top. The left column had shifted on its base. >The stucco wall showed a deflection of 6-8". The area of stucco damage was approx 5 ft x 5 ft >The interior drywall was broken and damaged. damaged drywall was approx 6ft x 8ft >The stud next to the window king stud was damaged. The king stud was OK. >There was electrical in the area of the damage, but was not effected. >Inspector AV spoke with the property manager on site. >Pictures were taken. See Sire >NOV for damage was issued for damage. >Indemnification form was signed by property manager. >Permits not required due to small amount of damage to structure, fence repairs do not require a permit. |
