06/17/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT SMITH Approved Met with renter and she had a number of issues. The EVAP Cooler was working but I did not go on the roof to check if there was any other issues with it. The tolit in the only bathroom in the unit was not working had a number of broke parts inside. The bathroom door needs a knob and the strick plate. The front screen door was very hard to get open and would be an issues for egress if there was a fire. One of the cabnits in the kitchen needs a door. She had more issues but Code Enforcement has no jurisdiction over them.
