05/25/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT HOLLANDER Approved Met with the tenant and took pictures of the damage. It appears to be leaking from the plumbing from the unit above. It has been reported that there has been previous repairs done. The maintance has removed the drywall to attempt a repair. I also spoke with the manager and she explained that maintiance is working on this. I also sugested a licensed plumbing contractor to look at it since maintance repairs seem not to be fixing the problem.
06/29/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE HOLLANDER Approved Met with the manager and she had a video of the repairs for her records. The unit is in better condition that last inspection. Close case.
