| 06/21/2016 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | SMITH | Approved | Inspection found white pick-up in the front side yard that is not a JMV at this time, the camper on the west side of the property is ok. There are five shed in the back yard that have been there from 2008 and none of them had permit that I can tell. The only one that looks like it needs a permit is the shed in the back east side yard which is over 200 Sqft. All the other shed are less to 200 and was there when the code state 200Sq Ft ws when you need a permit. 3 of the sheds will need a zoning review for set back. Will send NOV for WOP for the one sheds and for a zoning review for the three on the westside next to the wall. |
