No person shall obstruct any public sidewalk, street or alley in the city by placing, maintaining or allowing to remain thereon any item or thing that prevents full, free and unobstructed public use in any manner, except as otherwise specifically permitted by law.
05/17/2016 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.
05/17/2016 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-12(e) ACCESSORY STRUCTURES. All accessory structures, including but not limited to detached garages, fences and walls, must be structurally sound and free of disrepair. Examples of disrepair include missing slats, posts or blocks, or damage, deterioration or rot. Fences and walls cannot be constructed or covered with materials not designed or commonly used for that purpose, such as pallets and tarps. Fences and walls must be properly anchored so as not to be in danger of failure or collapse.

Trash and Debris along front curb trash and debris along the front portion of the parcel and some scattered tree branches along the middle section to include a large tree trunk front section of the parcel. Dilapidated chain link fence front top rail not properly secured.. Will move to notice of violation
10/03/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site to find piles of trash and debris were all removed alonge with curb area cleaned, along with dead tree, weeds and grass were cut and removed, however because of the rains are back up but still under 6 inches at this time will move to close out this case
