04/12/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Complaint roaches and mice infestation management is not doing anything to resolve the issue. Arrived on site met with tenants of the property states they have had ongoing issues with nice as well as roaches throughout the unit, states has made attempts to deal with management however unsuccessful. Has bought mouse traps on her own as well as spraying for insects. Has caught 1 mouse inside unit which she provided photos of. Has also provided a bag full of roaches for she has found them dead in her unit after she spraying . Check underneath kitchen sink as well as behind the stove with nothing moving at this time also check bedroom as well as bathroom. Again did not see anything moving however did have enough evidence that there was a problem. Met with manager apartment complex States they have an ongoing contract with an exterminator, tenants do you have to let management know that they are requesting this service to get on a list. States was never given information that there was a problem of roaches. Made certain they were on the list for the next service which was in 7 days. Relayed that to tenants and will follow up
04/25/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site tenant not at home... Met with management States Truly Nolen was hired to do a service on Monday at the apartment outside of what the office had contracted was arranged by the tenants... exterminator for the apartment complex came on Wednesday also did another service, treatments were done twice this week at the property. Tenants met with regional manager in discussion of letting them out of the lease was discussed will get with tenants to see if another treatment is necessary
