Bathroom light fixture shorted out tried replacing bulbs did not work.Noticed socket was burnt. Noticed closet socket burns hot. Informed office manager on 3-10 She entered claim fence request. I entered new request today 3-18. Also noted that our smoke detector they put in fell off, it is not correct detector for base. The framing on front door also broke off in which we informed landlord beginning of March. We are unable to secure our apartment

THEY ARE REPLACING THE TRIM AND HAVE ORDERED A NEW FRONT DOOR. KNOCKED ON DOOR OF UNIT, SPOKE WITH THE TENNANT WHO WOULD NOT ALLOW ENTRY BUT DID STATE EVERYTHING BUT THE DOOR HAS BEEN FIXED AND THEY ARE REPLACING THE FRONT DOOR, DOOR IS LOCKABLE SO THAT UNIT CAN BE SECURED. WORK IN PROGRESS, NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
