Appears to be development on the property that may not be permitted or included in the taxable square footage based on the assessors report. They have a carport that has been added on to the front of the house and I do not see where it was permitted. This development causes the occupant to permanently park in the street without providing 15ft from a fire hydrant and 5ft from the drive way.
