I discussed the issue of the bin with supervisor Rick S. I spoke to the owner, Gary and the mechanical enginner, Tyler. They submitted plans for 5648 E. Broadway for the work. I explained to them that the plans needed to separtated for each unit. I explained that I would open a new case if the plans weren't submitted for the correct unit. Close case.
