STONER REVOC TR ATTN: ROSALIE D & JOHN O STONER JR TR
Description:
These people have created a concrete circular drive and landscaped it so you would either have to walk in the street or around the circle of the driveway. EXCEPT they have posted signs each way saying "no trespassing" to keep people off their driveway! They must have no conception that there is a public ROW and they have created a real hazard, forcing pedestrians into the street.
