Case: T16DV01668
Case Details
Entered Date:
03/18/2016
Applicant:
HELEN L GARFINKLE
Description:
There is an illegal detached accessory structure (a carport) in the front yard of this property in violation of City of Tucson Land Use Code, Section 3.2.5.3 C. This carport makes the neighborhood look trashy. Also, this carport has a very bright spotlight that turns on every time a car drives by. Having this bright light go on at all hours of the night is very disturbing. Also there was no permit or site plan review for the wrought iron fence that was recently built on the front property line.
