02/22/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT SMITH Approved Went to the property around 3:30 the wind was blowing around 20 MPH there was very little trash blowing around on the work side, there was no dust or dirt being blown off the piles of dirt in the back. The road are clear of dirt so I dont see any dust being pulled up by vehicles. Will come back in the morning and talk to the site manager.
02/23/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE SMITH Approved Met with Sanel Hukic on site and I saw working going around and cleaning up the trash in on the work site. He stated they clean-up the site every morning from the wind at night. I told him to please keep on top of it, I asked him also about the dirt piles in the rear of the lot and he stated they were going to be removed in the next couple of days. I did not see any violation at the time of my first inspection and with my F/U. Case Closed as a NOVERIFY
