THERE ARE ALSO ABOUT 11 CARS PARKED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE AND MAY BE OVERFLOWING THE PROPERTY LINE. AGAIN WILL NEED TO CHECK LAST APPROVED SITE PLAN AND AERIAL VIEWS FOR DIMENSIONS
05/23/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved MONITORED CASE THRU OUT THE MONTH OF APRIL TO DETERMINE IF ALL ISSUES WITH THE PARKING AND WHERE CARS WERE BEING WORKED ON MET REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY. FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS: >CARS WERE FOUND BEING WORKED ON INSIDE THE WORK BAYS ONLY. CARS WERE NOT STACKED IN THE BAYS AND OVERLAPING ONTO THE SIDEWALK. CARS WERE NOT BEING WORKED ON IN THE STREET OR ACROSS THE STREET. >THE NUMBER OF CARS IN THE FRONT WERE REDUCED. CARS NOT REQUIRED TO BE THERE WERE REMOVED AND CARS THAT REQUIRED PAYMENT WERE NEATLY STACKED BACK TO BACK AND DID NOT EXCEED THE PROEPRTY LINE. >TIRE RACKS WERE MOVED IN DURING THE EVENINGS AND BROUGHT BACK OUT AT THE START OF WORK. >REQUIRED PARKING FOR RESIDENCE TO THE EAST HAS BEEN COMPLIED WITH, THERE HAS BEEN NO PARKING IN THOSE SPOTS FOR RESEDENCES AND ONLY PARKING FROMT HE FIRST FOUR SPACES AND WEST HAS BEEN USED BY THE BUSINESS, AND NO WORKING IN THOSE SPACES WAS OBSERVED. >PARKING ACROSS THE STREET HAS BEEN PROPERLY USED FOR JUST PARKING, AND NO WORK BEING DONE IN PARKING AREAS.
