Inspection found a few issues with the switches and outlets that have a poss ground. Spoke to Erin and she will have a contactor out the next day. The leak on the roof from a broken water line is the cause of the leak on the roof, they have had two contactor out to give bid on fixing the water line on the roof. The ceiling in the back room has been removed to have it dryed out and is being done by Abracadabra. |
