02/09/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT SMITH Approved Check the Toilet and it is very slow to drain. I spoke to the owner and manager and they showed me 8 call in the last 4 month for the same issue. I asked what have they done an they have used a plunger each time to clean the drain, they say she use to much TP and its always after human excreta that the toilet backs up. I have asked the owner to snake the drain fromt the toliet and I told the renter that she needs to hold the handle down longer to make sure she get everything out of the bowel. Will cehck back on Friday.
