Several people using a vacant home. No utilities including water, electricity etc.. Sewage in a bucket outside used as restroom. smashed televisions all over for copper. Often people coming and going. Syringes on property. Shopping carts used to haul five gallon jugs of water that they fill at night behind the local business on Grant/Ralph. Shopping carts are being left all over neighborhood and property.
