Arrived and there is work being done in the alley of replacing the gas lines and they have open trenches with piles of dirt. There is enough room to go around the trenches due to I was able to gain entry into the alley to go and check the property through the alley. Was able to walk the property due to the property has chain link fencing and no gates. The property has 2-structures detached from each other with 2-separate electrical drops at 2-different main electrical panels on each structure. The structure in the rear has been there for a long period of time and will check records. Was not able to see any other issues that needed to be address. Will let Martin know that the alley was being worked on and that is what the issues was of the person in the rear not able to get to the unit in the rear. There is no way they can gain entry into the property from the front due to a chain link fence is installed. Assisted by inspector Dan Ingram. Will check the records and meet with Martin. RV. |
