The tub and shower surround was damage by the valves to check for fire. There are holes in the closet in the bedroom to check for fire under the tub. There are some other holes in the drywall to check for fire in several other areas in the ceiling area to check for fire. The unit was vacant at the time of the fire and the electrical was removed at this time. The flooring near the tub area may require to be checked for other damage to the floor joists from the fire. Did the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front door. The manager did sign all the paper work. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
